Pre-Construction Planning

Prior to breaking ground on any construction project a substantial amount of pre-construction planning is required to ensure the project is completed in a timely fashion, within budget and of the utmost quality. CMGC will work with you on all of the require pre-construction planning to make sure your next project is completed without any issues. 

There are a few different pre-construction planning levels that we will help you with. The first consists of the initial meeting. An initial meeting is required to discuss all of the details of the project. During the initial meeting a majority of this time will be us learning about you and what your vision for the project is. We will learn what you’re looking to accomplish and what your main goals are. This is an extremely important part of the pre-construction planning and is step number one.

During the planning meeting, we will determine what your objectives are for this project. During this point we will look over blueprints and outline everything that you want to be accomplished. Doing this will lay the groundwork for the rest of the project.

Once the object and goals are clearly defined we will set the scope of the project and the budget. The scope will be what actionable steps are going to be which will help determine the timelines, and the budget is just that, how much the project is going to cost. After the scope and budget is clearly defined, we will discuss timeline. The timeline is extremely important and we do everything we can in our power to make sure all of our projects fit within our timelines.
