CMGC Building Corp. is an experienced, bondable Construction Manager, Design/Build Contractor specializing in government, educational and healthcare and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings in the North Eastern and South Eastern sections of the country. Our staff has an average of 25+ years in the construction industry respectively. I take pride in the qualified project managers and superintendents that are on our team who have earned a reputation for high standards and strong business ethics. Our many repeat clients are proof of that. Our reputation has been built on honesty, integrity, Service and quality projects throughout New England. We look to grow by developing sustained relationships with Private, Medical, Retail, and branches of Government and maintaining those relationships by delivering high quality projects at highly competitive pricing. 

Our “niche” is in the 1mil to-5-million-dollar range and under range of Residential / Commercial Private, Government and Healthcare projects. We can combine the big company expertise with the agility of a smaller firm. We have a full office staff and have adequate credit lines to insure stability and financial soundness in this turbulent economy. This allows us to be more competitive, quality driven, and meet or exceed project schedules. We are also a Pre-Engineered Metal Building Dealer with two Dealerships NUCOR and MESCO depending on the weight of the building you are looking for. 

As president of CMGC, I continue to be heavily involved in the projects our company undertakes and work closely with Contract Officers, Owners and Architects to ensure project delivery is timely and of the best quality possible. Great Service is our business model!
