Brief history of work:
For this comprehensive renovation, CMGC Completely gutted an 1850’s
circa building that had served as the town’s original Fire Station, and re-constructed
it for use as administration office with modern products, code compliant equipment,
and aesthetically appealing finishes while maintaining the Historical value of the building.

Project Highlights:
CMGC Building Corp. received the 2018 Preservation Achievement Award/ Elizabeth Durfee Hengen Award from the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance.
