Brief history of work:
This project included all design, demolition and built- out of approximately 5000 SF of office space. Located on the first floor of the SAA Trust Fund Building in Torrington, Connecticut.
 
Project Highlights:
This Project was a bid as a turnkey order. CMGC Building Corp provided all materials and labor necessary to provide a completely finished project, including design build services. Design required construction drawings with minimal specifications. The goal was to construct a safe and secure barrier wall system as outlined in the customer's drawings
