Brief History of Work:
Design-Build services to reconfigure approx. 2400SF of space located in the Providence Courthouse, for use by the US Trustees.
Project Highlights:
• We demo’ d existing walls, acoustical ceilings and grids, electrical duct work, etc. framed the new offices, added new doors and sound rated walls, with custom millwork to walls and around doors.
• Installed a new electric sub panel, outlets, new lighting fixtures, RF-45 jacks and data cable. New HVAC was added and tied into the existing system.
• Designed and built a Data Closet with
standalone air conditioning unit.
• Installed a Mega Center alarm system and installed fire alarm devices, including re-working the existing sprinkler system.
